There wasn't a whole lot left of the original piece. Some metal work needed.
Some more metal work – The spare tire compartment floor was badly corroded on the 99 Turbo. At first I thought about making it one piece with hammer and dolly and the english wheel, but it was just a little too complex a shape for my skill level. So, I ended up making it in manageable pieces and used what was left of the original piece.

Got to start somewhere. Finding the basic shape of the front section.
Test fitting the pieces in the car.
A little further along.
Getting there.
And the piece from underneath.
Making a piece for the side wall.
Front section pieces welded.
Making a piece for the center section.
The shape looks pretty good. I used hammer and the stump to beat in the shape and english wheel to smooth it out.
Center section welded.
The corner was pretty complex and I made it in separate piece.
Making the curves flow better and smoothing it all out with the English Wheel.
Test fitting – looks pretty good.
Cutting some new metal for the rusty edges.
New piece for the rear section.
And a new piece for the front section.
Front section done.
Just a little bit more to go before sandblasting and epoxy primer.
