The Saab Club Of Finland organised a little parts market today and of course I went to visit. I wasn’t really going to spent any money (since my bank account already lightened quite a bit two weeks ago when I bought a couple of needful things for the Sport…). But – as these things go – there just were some things I had to buy.
Also I fixed the Sport horn button that had some scratches.
A few photos:
Saab Club parts market. There was actually quite a lot of people.
As these were availlable I just had to buy two sets of brake disks for V4.
And I managed to make a very reasonable deal on a Halda Speedpilot Mark IV Sports Special. This is ofcourse going to go on the Sport.
The clock ticks and the wire and T-gear appear to be in good shape. But I propably have to find someone to do some maintenance and cleanup on it…
The Saab Sport horn button had some scratches in the paint which made the blue color un-even.
I matched a color from blue and gray modeling paint.
I painted the scratches from behind the horn button.
Scratches gone.
I also cleaned and painted the horn mechanism parts.
