Saab Sport – needle bearings, regular and Sport heads

5-door Saab 900 Finlandia for sale

There seems to be a five door Saab 900 Finlandia for sale here: http://www.nettiauto.com/saab/900/6429464 These are extremely rare. There can’t be much more than a handful (one or two most likely) ever made. The engine has been replaced with 16 valve Turbo, and the condition is not that nice, but the price is cheap.

Triple-carburetor engine jetting and lambda

I went through a bunch of spare carburetors I have and found a handful of main jets ranging from 115, 120, 130 to 135.

Since I put the lambda gauge in the two-stroke I noticed that it’s running a little on the lean side. The engine is the 1966 triple-carburetor version. I figured the problem has to be the main jets since adjusting the mixture screw didn’t help. Saab 96 Rally – Sump guard
